The Windows Price Lists and Product Terms have been updated to reflect the following changes:
1313 Leases for Windows 10 Pro
For this Product, section 7.2 Leases of the PEG-OEM is deleted and replaced with the following:
If Company complies with this Section, then Company may install and Distribute the Product on Customer Systems leases to (“Lessees”) including leases intended to create a security interest.
(a) Company must enter into a lease: The lease must comply with the following:
(i) Be for a term of at least one month;
(ii) The Lessee must make payments over the term of the lease;
(iii) The Lessee cannot terminate its payment duties; an
(iv) At the end of the lease, the Lessee must renew the lease, purchase the Customer Systems, or return the Customer Systems to Company.
(b) Any Customer Systems returned at the end of a lease must include the COA or the DPK for OA 3.0 Products. Company may not return the COAs for credit or receive credit for DPKs, except for End User returns, as provided in the PEG. Company must destroy, and keep records of the destruction of, any returned unless Company redistributes it as allowed in PEG regarding re-distribution of returned or previously leased Customer Systems.
(c) Upon termination or expiration of the Agreement, Company may allow each Lessee to continue to use the Product for the remaining term of its then-current lease.

April 20, 2018 (effective April 20, 2018, replaces March 1, 2018)

The Windows Price Lists and Product Terms have been updated to reflect the following changes:
- Windows 10 Home for Value Notebook Single Language SEAP – added back in the 500 GB HDD option
- Windows 10 Home for Value Desktop and AIO Single Language – removed the <2 liters tower volume requirement for Desktop form factor
- Windows 10 Home for Value Desktop and AIO Single Language SEAP– removed the <2 liters tower volume requirement for Desktop form factor
- Windows 10 Home for Value Desktop and AIO Single Language Selected Geographies – removed the <2 liters tower volume requirement for Desktop form factor
- AT1202 updated with new SEAP EOL date of June 30, 2019
- AT 1312 updated reflect correct product name of Windows 10 Pro Value

March 1, 2018 (effective April 1, 2018, replaces February 13, 2018)

The Windows Price Lists and Product Terms have been updated to reflect the following changes:
- Effective May 1, 2018 – The product fee for Windows 10 Pro in S mode for Small Tablet & 2 in 1, Windows 10 Pro in S mode for Entry will increase from $10.00 to $30.00. This change has been made in the Windows 10 Pro S mode price list table.
- Effective May 1, 2018 – The product fee for Windows 10 Pro in S mode for Value will increase from $10.00 to $40.00. This change has been made in the Windows 10 Pro S mode price list table.
- Effective May 1, 2018 – The product fee for Windows 10 Pro Value SKUs will decrease from $75.00 to $40.00. This change has been made in the Windows 10 Pro Hardware Restricted SKU table.
- AT 1311 and AT 1312 were added to address the product fee change for Windows 10 Pro in S mode for Entry and Value and Windows 10 Pro Entry SKUs.
- The Processor List letters have been updated to reflect the new processor list that will be published in March 2018.
- The superscript for Windows 10 Home in S mode for Value is being changed from 2 to 4. This change was made to reflect that as of April 1, 2018, $12.50 of the maximum discount will be made available as an Instant rebate to OEMs who participate in and meet the program terms.
- Product IDs were added for:
- Windows® 10 Home Advanced Single Language
- Windows® 10 Home Advanced Single Language in S mode

The Windows Price Lists and Product Terms have been updated to reflect the following changes:
- Windows 10 Home Advanced - updated spec to remove AMD FX and Ryzen 7 from the ≥ 6 Core/Z Processor list Hardware Configuration Requirement
- Windows 10 Home Plus – added HDD/eMMC/SDD to the ≥2 TB Hardware Configuration Requirement for Desktop

- AT 1304 Pre-Existing Deals – modified language to retain only the requirements necessary to operationalize the Windows 10 Pro for Workstations Pre-Existing Deals through Sept 2018.
- AT 1501 National Academic Products – Windows 10 Pro (National Academic only) – updated to modify the minimum volume requirements associated with emerging and developed market countries for LOE and eLOE eligibility, and also to account for the expansion of eLOE access in DM
- AT 1503 Education-dedicated Label Required for Customer Systems Distributed with Windows 10 Pro National Academic Products (Worldwide) – updated requirement to bring current, as previous language was outdated and forward-looking
AT 6501 – updated to change the name from Windows Store to Microsoft Store

The Client and Education Price Lists and Product Terms have been updated to reflect the following changes:
- Windows 10 Pro for Workstation "For Evaluation Only" and Windows 10 Pro N for Workstation "For Evaluation Only" SKUs added to Price List.
- The End of License date for Windows 10 Home for Value Notebook Single Language SEAP and Windows 10 Home for Value Desktop and AIO Single Language SEAP was note changed from December 31, 2017 to June 30, 2018, updated in the Price List and in AT 1202 "End of License for Windows 10 Home SEAP Products."
- Replaced language "Processor may not be on a Processor List" with "N/A" in the Processor column of the Windows 10 Pro in S Mode Standard Version SKUs.

The Client and Education Price Lists and Client Product Terms has been updated to reflect the following changes:
- The OST 2018 Client Product Terms and the Client and Education Price Lists have been combined into a single document.
- The product fee for Windows 7 Professional Simplified Chinese Language (PRC) product and the Windows 10 Pro Simplified Chinese version with Downgrade Facilitation was reduced $165.00 to $150.00 effective November 1, 2017.
- New AT: AT 1319 increases the product fee for the Windows 10 Pro in S Mode Standard version, Windows® 10 Pro in S Mode N version and Windows® 10 Pro in S Mode Simplified Chinese Language (PRC) version products from $115.00 to $117.00, effective December 1, 2017.
- ATs not applicable to certain Windows 10 products have been removed.
- AT 1006 “N Versions” has been added to the N versions of Windows 10 Pro in S Mode Product.
- AT 1306 Embedded Usage has been added to Windows 10 Pro in S Mode Product.
- AT 5008 “Certain Product Distributed in the PRC” has been added to Windows 10 Pro in S Mode Simplified Chinese Language (PRC) versions.
- AT 5009 “Recovery Solutions in The People’s Republic of China” has been added to Windows 10 Pro in S Mode Simplified Chinese Language (PRC) versions.
